What will you be doing?
You’ll be part of an inclusive Agile IT team, collaborating with colleagues and customers from diverse backgrounds to drive improvement and innovation, . You’ll work with individual clients, our client user group and our developers and you will be responsible for improving business processes and providing solutions
What will you bring to the role?
- Strong Business Analyst experience, on Agile projects.
- Experience writing user stories, refining backlogs and participating in sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Business orientated with a technical background
- Knowledge and experience of one or more Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience in the use of Agile project management software and producing Roadmaps
- Experience working closely with Software Teams
- Technical knowledge of software development methodologies
- Has delivered scope definition & requirements management (elicitation, analysis, documentation) on Agile projects
- Has utilised business analysis methods, tools and techniques
- Able to effectively lead and facilitate requirements-gathering workshops and stakeholder interviews
- Evidence of ensuring that change initiatives ‘stick’.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, clients, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Working with an organisation that utilises an agile software development methodology & implementation planning tools
