What will you be doing? 

• Working with learners at their place of work, in most cases for many of the UKs best loved names within the industry.
• Coaching learners on the knowledge skills and behaviours they need to achieve their apprenticeship standard.
• Providing  support, guidance and motivation that helps them to get career-building qualifications. 
• Keeping clear records of learner progress, goal setting and achievements through our bespoke learner platform (training provided).

What will you bring to the role?

•    NVQ at level 2 in Hospitality
•    Experience in both front-of-house and back-of-house roles in a restaurant, including waiting on, hosting, and bar service, as well as back-of-house experience working in kitchens, including cooking fresh food to deliver as a commis chef.
•    Experience of having  worked in team member, supervisor and manager roles.
•    Ability to work in high demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines
•    Ability to working autonomously

It would be great if you had

•    Minimum Level 3 Teaching qualification
•    NVQ level 2 or 3 in professional cookery
•    BTEC level 3 hospitality management
•    Experience of operating within WBL/education environment
•    Previous experience of delivering training in your sector
•    Experience of working with or alongside apprentices in your current or previous role
