End Point Assessor - Hospitality - Front of House

What will you be doing? 

You will join our business as an End Point Assessor, delivering aspirational assessments with integrity, approachability, and resourcefulness.

• Working with apprentices and their employers to plan, carry out and report on End Point Assessments.
• Making decisions for apprenticeship standards and overall grades, you’ll use your expertise to make fair and independent assessment judgments against the standard’s grading criteria.
• Carry out administration and keep your sector knowledge up to date.

What will you bring to the role?

• Experience in front of house including House keeping, Reception, front office and conference and events specifically in a Hotel environment.
• Experience in supervisory or management role at a minimum of  level 3.
• An Assessors qualification
• A a proven passion for and hands-on experience within FOH Hospitality in a Hotel environment
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Familiar with MS Office and other IT systems (training will be provided for EPAPro).
